Will the med cream stuff that comes in the plain white container heal my eczema?

i don’t have really bad eczema, its just annoying. but when i try and use moisturizers, i start breaking out with acne. but when i use something to heal the acne, then it makes the eczema worse. is this med cream stuff going to help? please help me!

ok i have had extreme eczema in the last three years…I have tried every cream on the market! it was so itchy and then the gross part it will break and ooz its humiliating!
