Hello there. I recommend that you should try the Champori anti-eczema Spray and Cream: these are herbal remedies and works better than anything else for my eczema: first spray the affected area, and after few seconds apply thinly the cream. Repeat 2-4 times a day. Cream can be left on scalp overnight, too.
Best,
Bernadette

my uncle has eczema on his leg and he told me once that he uses selson blue shampoo, so might be worth a try. Its a dandruff shampoo, but it has to be that one and not head and sholders becaue there medicated differently. its kinda expensive, but you should be able to find it at any walmart or walgreens

Try to keep the skin from becoming too dry. Frequent bathing actually makes the skin drier. Although the person will feel comfortable in the bath, the itching will become more intense afterward. Avoid bathing with soap and water because these tend to dry the skin. Instead use "non-lipid" cleansers, such as those with cetyl alcohol (Cetaphil, etc.). Use rubber gloves to protect the hands when washing dishes or the car. Freshwater or pool swimming can aggravate eczema, but ocean swimming doesn't. Hope this helps somewhat and good luck.
