What to do for Baby eczema?

My 2 month old has this red rash on her arms and legs. It looks like eczema. I bath her with Johnson & Johnson head to toe soap once a week, and put burts bees lotion on her. And I use a dye free/fragrance free detergent.
Are these products ok with this condition?
What can I do to get rid of it?
I put diaper rash cream on it this morning, just because I had nothing else. Is that ok?

I have had real good luck with Gentle Naturals Eczema Wash & 1% Hydrocortisone Lotion. The Lotion was prescribed by Jaxon’s pedi, but you can get 1% cream or ointment over the counter. Here is a link to the baby wash…

you can try the aveeno baby bath, dermisil lotion, dove soap, sarna lotion or Dermarest Eczema Medication Lotion
the disney exzema stuff did the trick for me. It was given to us. But afterwards we started to use vasoline a few times a day to keep rashes from coming back and that works well for our son.
My son also has eczema.
I was initially given hydrocortisone……a steroid…to treat, but you can only use it for 14 days. Otherwise, it can thin the skin and cause permanent discoloration. My doc has prescribed another cream that is steroid-free.
Also, regular dove soap..non-perfumed has seemed to work the best. We’ve tried everything…….Johnson and Johnson, Aveeno, etc…
We just changed detergents too. We first used baby soap, then "free and clear" versions, now we are using Charlie’s Soap. Check it out on the web, there are lots of moms w/ children w/ eczema that swear by it, and I must admit, my son’s is doing better since the switch.
We were also told that most…not all…cases will clear up completely around age two……….which sounds forever, I know!
Good Luck to you and your baby.
Use Aveeno Baby Soothing Cream. It’s in a white bottle in the baby isle. It’s specifically formulated for babies with dry skin and eczema. Worked perfectly on my son and cleared his skin up within 24 hours and only 2 applications! I swear by this stuff. I have only tried the lotion, but Aveeno Baby does make other products too
i really dont think you can get rid of it. my daughter is 9 months && shes had it since she came home lol. Aveeno baby wash and lotion work!!!!! the wash is very lightly sented and you can get the lotion fragrance free or lavender scented.
My son has eczema also-his pedi. had to prescribe him a medicated cream. You should take him to see his doctor. Once they give you a prescription, use Aveeno baby lotion in between.
We used th hydrocortizone with steroids for a while (and that seemed to work) but we did not like putting steroids on our baby. The doctor also suggested good ol vasoline and that has worked wonders. Lube him up!
