The main goal of eczema treatment is losing itchy to prevent infection.

Corticosteroids ointment or cream, such as: hydrocortisone is given to reduce the inflammation process. The physician will give corticosteroid tablet to the harder case, but if the eczema area had infected, eczema can be given antibiotics.

Another drugs to cure for eczema is antihistamine. It has a function to reduce the hardest itchy, and cyclosporine to the patient that not have the response to all treatment.

Egyptian magic healing cream or dermarest can help you to rid it

Your doctor can give you a cream that really works ... over the counter creams are junk.

The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease - the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.

The most common treatment for eczema has been Corticosteroid creams and ointments. If you have a severe case, steroids and and oral corticosteroids medication is usually given by the doctor. Remember to always be under doctor's guidance when taking steroids as they can also affect your health.

well do i have the best answer for you ...i have had eczema since i was in elementary school i am now a sophomore in college and i no longer have to worry about it. I used to have it on the inside of my arms where they bent, on the back of my legs and on a lot of other places on my body i went to dermatologists year after year with no solution to my problem...anyone that has eczema knows you can almost never get rid of it. that's what the doctors did they gave me a topical cream that would reduce they severity of the eczema but not take it away, i used to walk around with red bloches on the insides of my arms it was sooo embarassing until when i was around a senior in high school i was introduced to a topical cream that the U.S. doesn't even sell it's called Quadriderm NF and you won't find it here in the states and some doctors might advise against it because they know nothing about it and they want you to stick with american medicine but i can tell you it worked. I no longer have eczema on my arms or anywhere else for that matter i mean seriously i tried for years to rid myself of this shit and this cream took it away in roughly ONE FREAKIN WEEK!!!!! look it up online that's where you can get it they sell it in mexico and i'm happy that i have some mexican friends because that's who introduced me to it. Do yourself or loved one a favor instead of taking anti-itch pills and buying super expensive creams that just dont work try this stuff this was the best gift i could have ever been given because my skin is no longer a problem. Hope somebody has the damn sense to listen...
