What is the best body/face lotion for eczema prone skin?

I’m looking for a moisturizing cream for the face that is not greasy, allows for make-up to go over it and calms redness. A good body lotion for eczema and really dry skin is also what I’m looking for. HELP!

I don’t know if this would work for the face, but Eucerin Calming Cream does wonders for my hands. Eucerin also has an itch relief spray <I’ve been using instead of steroroid like cortisone>.

I found that the most useful treatment is to treat the eczema like an allergy – use hypo-allergenic products, etc.; and to treat outbreaks by applying a clay mask to any affected areas and letting it dry.
This may seem counter-intuitive, but the idea is that the eczema is being caused by an allergen, and the clay absorbs it. I found this to be much more effective than the prescription medicine the doctor gave me.
However, new research is showing that B-12 cream really helps, but the availability right now sucks.
