What is best cream to use for atopic eczema?

I only have it on one part of my hand but it drives me mad as it’s so itchy.

I have friends who suffer from this! Have you tried using anything from Arbonne? The shower gel and body cream have been very helpful – for them.
Whatever you use do not use anything with mineral oil in the cream. It hardens your skin not softens – get soothing soap -
