what do you use for comfort of dry cracked skin on eczema feet after using nystatin?

the pain of the dry cracked skin is terrible due to the use of the antifungal med i need something to use for comfort.

I have been helping a friend get rid of his psoriasis’ on his skin, it covers about 2 square feet of his arms and hands.

The usual treatment for eczema is cortisteroid creams like betnovate. I know this can stimulate yeast infections and maybe fungal infections too. This is a tough one. You could try using a foot bath with epsom salts nightly and just try regular good quality foot lotion on after. Just a suggestion, I am only guessing on this.
