What causes gravitational eczema?

could it be due to extreme stress?

It’s not totally clear what actually causes eczema but stress is one of the things that has been identified as contributing towards eczema.
There are also other factors such as heredity factors, allergens and so on.
There are also various ways to treat it including natural treatments which many people have had success with.
I think its usually due to some sort of circulation issue in the legs? You should talk to your doctor about it and figure out what the exact underlying cause is. Thats the best way to prevent it/get rid of it I think.
