what causes eczema?

i have never had eczema in my life till now all of a sudden, and i can’t think of anything different i’ve been doing lately.
is it possible to all of a sudden become allergic to something? Or what else could cause it?

have u changed your washing powder/ conditioner, or hair shampoo? deodrant? eczema is an allergy so it could be from anything from cats and dogs to dust!!
Your skin irritation is caused by the change of the weather, your own chemical balance & hormones and the pollution.
The eczema is a natural defense of the skin, but there is a difference between the psoriasis (due a virus) and the atopic dermatitis (allergy). Check your bathroom and shower to eliminate any dirty. Use plastic gloves to touch any strong chemical as amonia, chloro or alcohol.
Keep clean your bedroom of dust.
