As much as I’d like to tell you that your eczema will go away forever, I can’t. I’ve had eczema since I was 4 months old. You eczema can come and go due to the amount of moisture in your skin, and also how much heat is surrounding you.
Some treatments that may help:
1)Take cold showers to reduce the heat in your body
2)Use Aquafor, Eucerin or some other type of moisturizing skin cream
3)Don’t wash your body with perfumed soap, use something unscented that has moisturizer in it (I’ve found that Dove works best)
4)Try hard not to scratch it because it irritates it more, and will make you break out more
If you haven’t done so already, talk to a doctor/dermatologist. They can give you creams/ointments (sometimes steroidal creams/ointments) that can make your eczema break outs go away for periods of time
I hope this helps

The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.
Hello there. Etiology (cause) of eczema is not known, therefore no cure for all. From my long experience with eczema I can recommend the herbal cream by Champori: it clears my spots in a few weeks almoost completely and they stay clear for months on end. Try it: champori offers money back guarantee, so if it doesn’t work – it’s free.
Best,
Stella
