What can I do to get rid of the eczema on my legs?

I have a skin condition called eczema. My case is a more serious one, with red rashes that sometimes bleed. Recently, it spread to my otherwise pretty legs. I really like wearing skirts and dresses, but now I feel uncomfortable in them because I always think people are staring at my legs. Any tips/would you look at me and think it’s ugly?
hmm I might mix some of that with the prescribed ointment I have already

Apply hydro-cortisone and an anti-itching lotion (menthol/camphor, such as calamine). Apply daily until rash is gone.
Benadryl pills and lotion work as well.
Try all three, technically four, together.
it would be best to visit a doctor for proper medication. However, you may want to try some first aid and try if TAMANU WONDER OIL will resolved your concern without spending on dermatologist. Check out http://www.sulit.com.ph/index.php/view+classifieds/id/1767775/TAMANU+SKIN+AID or send email to tamanuskinaid@ymail.com for more details. I know of so many testimonials on how effective this product is so it will not hurt if you try … only P300.00
Do not give up, you can control your eczema.
The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use serenaskin herbal remedies , which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.
Hi,
From my own experiences – I used to be allergic to my own sweat that I was burning off during exercise – during a time in my life when I used to have considerable toxins stored within my body fat. I eventually learned that itching or rashes are symptoms of maladies that could become much worse if never healed with good choices.
Although I have seen that most root problems for ’skin’ issues for myself and others has usually always been from long and or short term allergic reactions to ’something’ COMBINED WITH a weakened lymph liver kidney skin and immune systems – IF the following symptoms would ever occur – I think the worst rash one might possibly have rapidly acquired is from deadly bacterial meningitis, BUT bacterial meningitis would be VERY RARE.
The two quotes below are from: <> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bacterial_Meningitis <>
<>
“IF a rash is present, it may indicate a particular cause of meningitis; for instance, meningitis caused by meningococcal bacteria may be accompanied by a characteristic rash.”
<>
<>
“The MOST common symptoms of meningitis are headache and neck stiffness associated with fever, confusion or altered consciousness, vomiting, and an inability to tolerate light (photophobia) or loud noises (phonophobia). SOMETIMES, especially in small children, only nonspecific symptoms may be present, such as irritability and drowsiness.”
