I have been suffering from eczema for six years now and I was just needing some advice on how to calm it down.

Natural treatment worked very well for me without harmful effects of steroids. I used SerenaSkin eczema herbal remedies – ointment and spray on the skin, and anti-eczema extract internally to prevent future breakouts. It is the most effective treatment I’ve ever tried.
Concerning treating your eczema., I’ll share what works for our son and you can research it whether it’s right for you. Salcura Dermaspray. We use the gentle formula for babies on our son with dramatic results, stopped the itch in a minute, and the inflammation subsided rapidly, you can watch the inflammation decrease in a number of hours. Too many wonderful things about this product to list quickly, but it’s over the counter, all natural ingredients and #1 in Britain. It’s easy to apply, leaves no visible residue, not sticky etc.
I’ve read other reviews from people with similar stories as ours, Dramatic Results. Then there’s some reviews where people only saw a decrease in inflammation and itch. Please research products before you buy, read about all the ingredients and what they can do to harm you, research, seek medical advice and read case studies on the product.
I know everyone’s eczema is different. There may be a link between vitamin D deficiency and certain types of eczema. Some people have had success with vitamin D supplementation in treating their eczema symptoms.
I don’t think anything applied topically will get rid of eczema. Eczema is most likely a dietary problem. Creams and lotions may relieve symptoms temporarily but the underlying problem will not be solved by a cream or lotion.

Also improving your gut flora may also help with your eczema.

My daughter started scratching because of her dry skin when she was about 6 months old. It started from mild to extremely severe. Her whole body except her face was turning to scabs from all the scratching and continuing to scratch the old scabs. I had seen over a dozen DIFFERENT doctors and they all kept on telling me the same thing to change the hair soap, the body soap, use oatmeal, change the soap I wash her clothes. I was doing everything and nothing was working. They didn’t know what it was….
My daughter was about one and her body looked like it was burned from all the scabs on her body. Until I took her into the doctor again crying that I did’t know what to do anymore. The office was about to close so I pulled my daughters shirt up so they can see how bad it had gotten so they called one of the directors or one of the big guy doctors & he just took one look at her & diagnosed her with severe eczema.
They also told me to give her baths and put about two spoons of clorox in the water to kill the germs on her body. They prescribed BACTOBRAN which is an antibiotic cream for the wounds she had. They told me to put that on the open wounds until they cleared. After that To put AQUAPHOR ointment all over her body and put long sleeve shirt & pants to cover and moist her skin. After that I just kept on putting AQUAPHOR HEALING OINTMENT (which is like vaseline) all over her body every night after she takes showers.
For the past three years I have only been using the AQUAPHOR and it has worked wonders!! I just wanted to tell you this whole story so you can see how much that BACTOBRAN and AQUAPHOR worked on my daughter
So buy AQUAPHOR HEALING OINTMENT which they sell in walgreens and walmart….Its about $13. It white with blue letters and the top is blue. I really hope that helps!!!!
oh & the doctor said that her eczema won’t go away until about ten years from now so its not an easy thing to cure.
Do you want to just treat or do you want to really beat this condition? If the latter, you might want to do a detox diet – not just anyone but one that is healthy. When one understands that the cause of eczema is acidosis of the body, then they will understand that anything you put on topically will not be the answer.
A good detox diet will not only reverse this acidic accumulation in the body, but it will help strengthen the cells of the organs involved in the elimination and other processes (like, the kidneys, adrenals, lymph system, bowels).
