Treatment for dark spots left by eczema?

I have all these dark blotches on my legs caused by eczema. Can you recommend something I can use to make them go away?
I’ve been using Palmer’s Fading Milk for the past 6 months, but it hasn’t helped one bit.

Try Palmer’s cocoa butter
I have had psoriasis for years and I find suntanning helps even out your skin. If not, try Stri-vectin (or generic striadrill,) you can get it at gnc and it works extremely well. It was designed for dimminishing scars.
