Try a little hydrocortisone cream – exederm flare control cream is America’s only parabens free hydrocortisone cream.
Then try to use shampoos that do NOT contain SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) there are several available, just check the ingredients list on the label
This site has good advice http://www.exederm.com
Try using the medicated selsun blue. always condition your hair. i personally like aussie 3 minute miracle conditioner. i usually keep it on for about 5 minutes intead of 3. some ppl advise not to wash/shampoo your hair every day, as you wash away your natural oil in your hair/scalp. good luck
Research some aromatherpy sites, I was never into it at all buy my mother in law qualified and made me up an oil which cured some really painfull patches of eczema that I had had on my arms for ages. Nothing else had ever got rid of it but this did.
You can apply oil to you scalp and massage it in, do it before bed then in the morning to wash it out you much apply shampoo to you DRY hair, give it a good massage and THEN wash out with water (this just makes sure you get all theoli out and don’t end up with greasy looking hair) it leaves you hair in GREAT condition too!
I’m not a practitioner so I’m afraid I can tell which essential oils it was that she used but I’m sure you could find out which ones are good for this condition either over the internet of at a health store.
NB if you’re pregnant check with a doctor first, some essential oils shouldn’t be used at this time
i know that apple cider vinegar can take away dandriff and an itchy scalp
Lotion and dont itch it makes it worst
