My 17 yr old she cat has eczema, any remedies.?

Hi Tango has had this eczema, for nearly 2 yrs. she has had vet treatment, and he said to bathe her in flea shampoo, which we do every wk, but she goes frantic, when her itching start’s, we know a lot about cat’s and problem’s but this is baffling. We hate to see her suffer with the itching. any remedies? Thank’s Bully Beef.

try getting an aloe vera plant and use the flesh inside the leaves on the exzema,its brilliant
if your willing to try alternative look on the redbush tea website at their stuff i use it
Flea soaps are just that flea soaps not a good treatment for eczema.I’d consult a different vet.
When my dad had eczema, he used to wash in Selsom blue shampoo and it would help clear it up. If you use it though, I would ask the vet if there are any chemicals in it that will hurt the cat. He is very old and you want to keep him healthy.
e have a dog that has this problem and the vet was costing way too much for cotizone shots once a month. Go to a Tractor Supply Company, that sells anything for domestic animals to farm animals. In a huge spray bottle is some cortizone treatment. It costs only $6.00, and goes along way.One spray a month and it does help our dog alot.
try dabbing a bit of oilve oil on to a cloth on the area and gently rubbing it in
