is this symptoms of eczema?

red bumps ,both small and huge ones, appear on my wrist, back of knees, face and stomach.
they will tend to swell and become very red.
but i have been to the doctor twice and both didn’t mention about eczema.
no history of allergies and eczema in my family

hi,i believe its jus rashes, itchy right? aft a while like 10-30mins,it will fade off right? eczema is more then this…intense itch,on the similar spots or it vary from person to person.aft prolong scratching,skin will thicken a bit and darker..and the itch will stay there for a few days to a few months…nightmare!!
Oh btw,if is what i had describe of rashes,go boil the white rice wine(chinese),aft it boils,get a hankerchief,wet it wf the wine,and rub on your body/affected areas,the rash will go off FASTER.
I guess it could be. My sister has it and the doctors didn’t give her any medicine until a few months after she kept getting those rashes and stuff. Don’t know anyone else in my family with eczema either.
