I have five month old twin boys and one of them has eczema and I’m wondering if there is a cure for it that won’t be harmful to my baby.

I don’t think there’s a "cure", but there’s LOTS of things you can try to reduce his symptoms.
Stay away from all perfumes/dyes and synthetic chemicals in his baby wash/soap and especially your laundry detergent. A lot of the chemicals used in these products are extremely irritating to sensitive skin.
Dryer sheets are supposed to be really bad too, as manufacturers use nasty chemicals to make the perfume coat all your fabric and stay there (to release that pleasant scent over time).
There’s lots of interesting articles on the web about the link between household chemicals and allergies/asthma.
Bottom line…my suggestion is to go as chemical free as you can.
Good luck!
My husband has had eczema for about 15 years, he hasn’t found a cure.
I hope you do for your boys.
And he also uses hydrocortisone, it doesn’t work for him.
Maybe it varies.
WHEN MY SON WAS A BABY HE HAD IT ALSO. THERE IS NO CURE IT WILL COME AND GO. MY SON IS 17 NOW & HASNT HAD IT FOR BOUT 6-7 YEARS SO ITS NOT ALWAYS. WHEN IT STARTS USE HYDROCORDIZONE. IT REALLY WORKS. A DERMATOLOGIST TOLD US. IT COMES IN CREAM & OINTMENT. USE THE CREAM
You will need to go to the doctors. Eczema is a skin condition. You will need a prescription from your son’s pediatrition.
