Is there a cure to heal eczema?

I have troubled skin and I want to know how I can somewhat cure it.

There is no cure, but you can control the symptoms. The best I have found is called Protopic. It comes in a tube & is rather expensive ($40/tube), unless your Doctor prescribes it. It does last a long time, though. My son gets it on his arms & chest. This stuff clears it up in a couple of days.
I am not sure there is a cure but I ran across this site good luck.

Some say light treatments help. Change in where you live – better if not so hot and humid. Change in diet. Sterioid creams to treat the symptoms. I’ve heard of people taking chickweed pills from the health store. Wear loose clothing. Don’t itch. Cool water for showers and baths. Moisturize the area. If on face – no makeup.
My doctor gave me a tube of Elidel. It relieves the itch, and clears it up pretty fast if you make a habit of putting it on every day. I love that stuff.
I had eczema as a child, I grew out of it in my late teens, but it has come back mildly in my 30’s, when my allergies are bad. There are many things dermatologist can do now to ease your suffering. I hated it when I was young, I am not sure how old you are, but it can probably be even more miserable in adulthood. There is a website called freederm.com, with a new product. Also, you might check with an immunologist.
I doubt there is a cure. I have had a terrible bought with it also, from December 05 until June 06. I went to my family doctor and was prescribed some medicines and lotions…worked somewhat on it, then I went to 2 different Dermatologists, which prescribed 2 different treatments, neither worked to heal it. Back to my family doctor and given a different cream and same meds. I am free of it now. Stress will make it worse so try to be stress-free as much as possible and pray to God for healing..for He can do all things! I will pray for you!! God Bless!!
