Calendula cream and Chamomile cream are very mild but effective remedies for an infant. And my friend had success with the tips she found from this article:

They removed soy milk from the diet and that was enough for their baby’s eczema to clear up. But allergies are individual, so you must find out what is causing eczema for your baby and remove it. It might be a food or external substance irritating the immune system.
