How to get rid of white spots from eczema?

After an inflammation of eczema, i used cortisone cream with only .05 mg of cortisone per dosage. After about a week in a half it was gone but these whit dots appeared. How do I make them go back to the normal tan color? (It wasn’t caused by sun because i didn’t really go outside that much before i got it).

Where about are the spots, it could be that you pigments have been damaged…if this is the case it will only get back the color when the pigments grow back again..this takes a few months. In future use something more natural for your eczemas, try repcillin, new to the USA but not to the rest of the world.
follow the advice of the dermatologist ;dont use soap, perfume, all sorts of beauty products&alcoholic drinks ;drink plenty of fruit juices mainly carots;stop eatin meat ;use less salt.stay clean &in clean environment;use cotton wear; avoid hot sun ; use only good water for bathin
