by taking a shower and to be clean
me having eczema knows it means excessive dry skin. so LOTION UP well, not to oily,dont take unnecessary baths because it deprives your skin of moisture. also to rap it up dry = itchy so get anti-itch cream. one of them are cortizone 10.

You really can’t. I’ve had eczema since i was a kid and it comes and goes and is usually worse in the winter due to the dry air. Try to keep your skin moisturized, but if it’s not helping you should talk to a dermatologist for some better treatments. You should know there is no cure for ezcema (nor do they really know what causes it), so once you get it, expect to have it for life.
Go to a good dermatologist the sooner,
he or she are the most reliable persons for your condition
