How do I get rid of eczema pus?

Everytime when I have eczema flare-ups there will be sticky pus coming out of my skin. How do I get rid of this pus? I understand that it causes the itch. By the way, the eczema I have is on my right wrist and hand, and also around the small finger and fourth finger. I’m afraid it’ll spread to the middle finger and eventually the whole hand.
It is a sticky liquid.
Please help me to cure my eczema! I’ve suffered from it for 2 years now and I’ve tried every cure… Steroids, even traditional chinese medicine. I’m at the moment also trying to help those sufferers out there and relieve their eczema.

am sorry to hear that. I was suffering from the same a few months back..I used a cream "FLUCORT-H" i am not sure if that cream is available in the US..i got it from india and it helped me a lot..I can guarantee u that while ur using that cream ur hands will remain good…the cream has the following ingredients FLUOCINOLONE..FLUOCINOLONE ACETONIDE…if u can get the equivalent of this in the US that should help…the next thing i did was switch to dove…dove shampoo dove body wash hand wash etc…also dont do dishes without hand gloves for a while…stay away from hard detergents for a while…i hope that this works…
well i had eczema all my life and i know it really bad having on the wrist because you think people are looking at it. Well what i do is go get antibiotics and put on this cream call "fluocinonide" that really help me hopefully it will help you to, good luck
