How do I cure eczema in embarrassing spots?

Well I’ve had eczema for about 10 years now, I’m 15 years old. But I’ve never had it in such an embarrassing spot before (I think you know what I’m talking about). I’m fine with it being on my fingers because usually if I just keep moisturizing it, it goes away in a few weeks (it comes back obviously, but it’s not as annoying), but you can’t do that for /down there/. What can I do about it?

Go see your dermatologist. They can give you a cream that might cure it in a month or two of use (I used to have it on my feet when I was 6 and it hurt to walk but not anymore
