I really have no Idea. I have this problem too in my hands, but i use Anti-Itching cream. It doesn’t work that good.
aloe lotion. keep hydrated. switch to hypoalergenic everything and use soaps that won’t dry too much. keep your living space very clean of anything you might be allergic to (dust, pet dander). are hydrocortisone’s unnatural? if you’re willing to try that you can get it over the counter, or see a dermatologist and he or she will perscribe a more suitable medication.

In Japan and turkey they have a treatment for it where you get into a sauna and let little fish eat off the eczema flesh.
