does anyone know the cure for eczema?

I have tons of eczema on my arms and legs and wanted to know if someone had a cure. not something to stop it for a bit and then it returns, but a cure.

Vitamin B-12 is a good idea – they are finding that B-12 cream is a more effective treatment than current treatments.
Aside from the obvious of avoiding chemicals and hot water, consider taking Brewers Yeast or a vitamin B complex. I found this to help me but it didn’t help my sister-in-law. Oddly, both of us had hypo-thyriodism and when we got treatment, our eczema went away completely. Just a thought!
