I am 16, have food sensitivities (not allergies though...) and eczema. I didn't have any results for the eczema, and barely any for the stomach problems from the food sensitivities. I used VSL 3 or something like that. It's really expensive since insurance didn't cover it, so I had to stop taking it especially since it wasn't helping. According to my doctor, it was one of the best I could get. I am currently trying another that is lacta something. It is for use with antibiotics to restore the bacteria, but I haven't been on that for long.

I have a 2 year old. I use Culturelle daily to help balance out the acid/yeast in his stomach. I have found it great for making his stools better and not as acidy but it hasn't done much for his eczema.
