Could this be symptoms of an allergic reaction? Like eczema?

My skin(mostly my cheeks) are bright red and some spots under my eye are purple. My skin is extremely stiff, shiny, and scaley. I also Have severe flakiness next to my lips (lips are extremely chapped too)
Every skin softener product I put on stings like heck 0_o
-I put on a oatmeal mask on the night before….had honey and yogurt in it.

omg yes! u have eczema. my baby has eczema her eczema has gotten so much better cuz the warm wheather. but now that its starting to get cold im worried. cuz they say eczema gets worse with cold wheather. u need to go to the dr to get hydrocrodizone. so that way ur rash on ur cheeks will get better. also avoid anything polyester and wool. that will make u break out even more. oat meal shampoos work really good. dont use anything to wash ur hair or body with anything scented in it. u can also buy eczema lotions. even with the lotions dont use anything scented and with alchol in it. it just dries up ur skin even more. look up eczema online it lets u know what kinds of things to avoid. good luck and i hope u get better.
