i am loosing seriouse confidence in my appearance i feel low alot of the time and cover my arms even in the beautiful summer weather that we have at the moment i am so tired of this skin condition i have had it since i was a child but my mother always kept in under such good control that you would never had known that i had it cos my skin was perfect but as i got older my mum slowly lost control of what i ate,what mosturisers i used etc…now it is coming back extremelly fierce and rapidly it is HORRIBLY bad in my elow joints and is spreading all across my arms it is also coming up in my knee joints slowly but surley and it is also appearing in smaller patches across my body that i know will develop if i dont stop this NOW …this is ruining my love life as well as confidence PLEASE HELP ME !I DNT NEED INFO ON WHAT ECZEMA IS COS I KNOW WHAT IT IS I NEED SOLUTIONS! i am at the end of my tether im 15 and desperate please help me !!!!!! it is scaly and bumpy it is a very dark colour and becomes VERY dry sometimes it goes very smooth and i think it is on its way to clearing up but it only comes back harsher and no matter how smooth the texture becomes the colouring is ALWAYS the same I HATE IT ….please help thankyou and god bless xx

my 6 month old baby has eczema, the dr prescribed hidrocortozone for it to alleviate the itching, does anyone know of any natural remedies for eczema, things i can do at home?

I have very severe eczema all over my body, which in most cases ends up in bleeding and cuts to the patches. When the eczema firsts appears and i start scratching, tonnes and tonnes of spots cover the place where the eczema is, they look like bites and are extremely itchy and unattractive. I have been to the doctors, and they told me to moisturise and supplied some for me, yet this has only made things worse. Does anyone please have any remedies or tips to treat or even cure my tedious and uncomfortable eczema?

I’ve had these patches on my skin for about a year now. It happens on my arms,legs, and chest. I am starting to get it up where my wrists are too. Sometimes they are really red and sometimes they’re not noticeable but you can still feel the patch there. Also, where the patches are you can see little white spots all over. Do I have eczema? I’m not sure because it’s not exactly itchy. I only just scratch at it because it feels like the skin is peeling off.

I have a patch of eczema on my middle finger on my right hand, I went to the doctor and she gave me an antibiotic cream and moisturizer to treat it. The eczema went away after 7 days, then when I stopped using the cream after the 2 week period, the eczema started coming back on the same area, so obviously the antibiotic cream healed the eczema, but why did it come back? And should I start using the cream again for a couple of days? The expiry date on it says September 2012.

At first we thought his rosy cheeks were down to his teething and spending alot of time outdoors on walks but now his teething has subsided and we still have bright red cheeks. They seem extremely dry and he also gets little spots which i assume are eczema on his forehead when he wears a hat and on his chin, although this may be linked to dribble. Is it likely he will always have this and can anyone recommend a cream to reduce the dryness and redness?
