Natural Dry skin / Eczema Cream?

Hi all. I have quite dry skin and eczema ( really just on my finger now so not that bad) I have rigorous routine . I get out of the shower and cream myself with liquid white parifin cream but it takes forever it adds like 15-20mins to my shower time. I switched to cetraben and it takes about 10 mins. My question is. I am slowly switching to an all natural life style . Is there any creams that have natural ingredients that are up to par with the above ? i was thinking of making my own . Thank you

Eczema or baby acne?? ?

I have a seven week old baby who has a rash on this face and neck, it is red, bumpy and very dry. I tried looking up rashes in our baby book and they all seem to be described the same way. We’ve stopped using lotion on his face so we don’t further irritate it. My question is if this sounds like baby acne or eczema and also how do I make it better. He’s been very fussy, I don’t know if that’s due to the rash or just fussiness. Also he doesn’t seem to be trying to scratch it, then agian he’s only seven weeks old. Please advise.

It is on my head so an external cream won’t work-hoping the itching will go away soon.

I have used many different medications but it keeps coming back. My ears often get infected because I’m always scratching them. I don’t want steroids but I am looking for a natural healing agent.
