I was diagnosed with Dyshydrosis a little over 2 years ago. I was placed on 2 topical creams, and although they helped, after reading the side effects (most notably the thinning out of the skin), I got frightened and stopped using them. I have been using Cortizone 10 for Eczema, and it does stop the itch. Is there anyone out there who has this disease and can tell me what you used to treat it? I don’t have advanced stages of it, but I want to try and keep it as controlled as possible. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

also i was wondering when you have an outbreak does your skin peal off or is eczema on top of the skin

I’d like responses from people who have actually tried Melaleuca’s Renew. People say nothing can get rid of eczema. But someone suggested that a non-dairy diet might clear it up, I put my daughter on a non-dairy diet and indeed it started to clear up and the only thing I was using ON her skin was cocoa butter. Now that she’s in pre-school and I’ve STRESSED the non-dairy diet thing, they can’t help giving her something here and there that has dairy in it as many of their food come pre-cooked. So she’s been breaking out again.

My friend’s son has had severe eczema on his hands for three years. She’s done everything she can think of. Does anyone know a good treatment for it?

I’ve had Eczema ever since i can remember. I usually end up having to go to the Dr. and get a Rx for it. But it’s so bad this time of year. Especially in summer and then my skin tans but where i have been scratching doesn’t and so it stays white and my skin is all blotchy and GROSS!!
i don’t know what else to do or try.
PS.
I also have eczema on my hands but its different than on my arms. They are like super tiny blisters that can be popped and i constantly pick and destroy my skin and end up having to wrap up my hands so they can heal and i won’t pick.
I’m mostly used to eczema being on my forearms on the front side of elbows and behind my knees.
the whole "tiny blister" thing is new, but my Dr. said it was eczema.
anyways. i’m hoping someone can help.i’m so itchy and always just scratching. (i’ve tried Cortizone anti-itch cream)

I have eczema on my arms and face, has anyone found an actual cure? I don’t really want to take prescriptions, they have so many side effects.
