On my face it looks little goosebumps can eczema cause this
Hi, I’m trying to suss out EXACTLY what I can and can’t do without my eczema flaring up. I get it from swimming if I swim more than twice a week. Which is annoying as I love it and generally want to swim every day
I found this barrier cream called conotrane and it worked like a dream! Sometimes I forget to use it though but this doesn’t usually make any difference unless it’s a few times in a row. But recently I went swimming in an outdoor pool for the first time (it was shut for the winter) on a hot day. I forgot about the barrier cream- oops. I didn’t think it would do much though, when I got home though I realised this HUGE rash on my legs. Also I noticed a really good tan and strapmarks although I was only there for about an hour. I can go swimming in just the sea on holiday without it flaring up. Can’t just swim in a pool on holiday and can’t mix sea and pool without getting nasty pussy skin…
Carrying on… I wondered if maybe the sun going through chlorine could make some kind of an ultraviolet light or something? Is this stupid of could it be reasonable? Please help ‘cos I’m only 12 and want to know what I can and can’t do on holiday.
which will improve the skin?
I know nerves control everything in your body. If one is irritated coming off your spinal cord due to a spinal sublaxation, can it actually cause these conditions? Thanks

I have never had skin problems until earlier this year. I turned 19 and suddenly in between my inner elbows, and along my forearms and wrists I had a very itchy rash. There were large circles of it and it became very irritated and would spread. I tried otc rash creams but it just would not go away! It lasted for about 2-3 months and finally went away. During this time I was experiencing extreme stress and depression. I heard somewhere that some peoples personality types or their thoughts can contribute to outbreaks of eczema. Does anyone know this to be true or happen to them?
My husband of 47 suffers from dandruff eczema, he also has had piles in the past, lately he has been bleeding a lot of red blood when passing stools, probably the piles returned, I do wonder if piles or soreness in the intestines can be caused by Eczema. Ha anyone ever heard of this before? thanks for answers
I just had my first eczema flare up this summer. Since then, it’s been coming back every once in a while, usually do to stress. I’m a college sophomore and finals are in a week, so now I have the rash on my face, neck, and upper back. What can I do to help relieve my stress and the eczema that comes with it?
