iam allergic to wheat , dairy, egg, sugar, preservative 220, sulphates. does anyone have suggestions on what is good for me to eat!

I have been suffering from eczema most of my life and have read up on many possible causes , i have been aware that dairy produce might be a possible cause for flare ups and have heard that it is advisable to switch to goats milk instead .This baffles me as those who advocate a dairy free approach and suggest the switch must surely realise that goats milk is also a dairy product .. ??

Okay, so we’ve been battling my daughter’s eczema for a while now (she’s 4 months old). She got some prescription cream to help the rash and some medicine to take orally to help relieve itching. In less than 2 weeks, her eczema went from "severe" (doctor’s description) to completely gone. It came back 2 days ago though, and I’m trying to figure out what’s causing it. It could be coming from her grandma, b/c both of her recent outbreaks were on days when she watched her. I’m thinking perfume or something? It could be rice, b/c we had her on a rice-based formula (in addition to breastmilk) and then switched to hypoallergenic milk. We fed her rice for the first time (from a bowl) on Sunday. It could also be a number of other things, like pollen or pet dander. I just don’t know! So my Q is, if your kid has/had eczema due to rice, how quickly did your kid react to it? Also, can you get eczema from something like perfume? Thanks for any help. She has an apt. w/allergist soon.

I have the sort of itch where you can’t help but to scratch and that often causes me to lose hair in small patches. Especially in the winter time. I feel like I’ve tried everything but maybe there’s something that I haven’t. Any and all honest answers will be appreciated.

I have had eczema for nearly two years now. I haven’t seen a doctor yet, should i? Or is there something i can do at home? It is located on my legs and causes severe itching and loss of sleep. I sometimes itch to the point of insanity and i bleed a lot after i scratch. what should I do and has anyone had eczema and had a positive outcome after going to the doctor, and what is a skin prick test?

I have a 4 year old and a 10 month old..they both get bad eczema patches on their legs, arms, butts, faces, well…most of their bodies get it. Neither my husband or i have dry skin problems.
What could be causing this?
Any suggestions to make it better our help it?
