I am 29. I have struggled with acne since I was 16. I should have gotten rid of it at 18, however, it’s still here. I use facial cleanser, but most products are so abrasive, that I get eczema blotches on my face. It bugs me so much that I even pick my face. The break-outs mainly take place on my right cheek. I also have combination skin(normal-oily-dry). Could that play a factor in my problem.

Today I recently found out I have eczema (dermantitis), I know it caused by an allergic reaction to my skin but it’ll take me months to find out what that is. Are there any ways to treat or dispose this skin condition

I have eczema the atopic kind and a have searched everywhere for the root cause of it. I have heard its because of an abnormally weak immune system or even digestive problems is any of that true or is it something else? Detailed answer please!
