Can on/off eczema cause swollen Lymph Nodes?

I have eczema outbreaks when the weather changes, i noticed swollen Lymph Nodes at the back of my neck, does Eczema cause them? Been to the doctor but the lymph nodes are not down.

Hi There, unfortunately swollen glands can be a result of eczema. I suffer from this at times. its usually caused by the body fighting off any infection that has been caused by bacteria getting into the body by the broken skin. If it gets too bad antibiotics are usually prescribed.generallythough it is left alone.
