can baby eczema clear up?

my 6 month old grandson has eczema on his face and back it irrates alot doc has prescribed creams et but is doing much good .will it go on its own when child older ?

It’s possible it will lesson but there’s no guarantee. Look at family history if it runs in the family.

Are you sure it is eczema and not just acne? Baby acne is very common and will clear on its own without creams or treatments.
I would get opinion from another doctor (preferably a dermatologist as they specialize in skin conditions).
If it is simply baby acne, the creams may be making the condition worse.
