I have eczema in my hair and eyebrows, My Dr told me to quit conditioning my hair, and stay away from products with alcohol. Amazing it works I no longer dig at my scalp. Had to go with a shorter hair cut though, but worth it Good luck
No there is no cure. Only prevention from flare ups.
There is no cure, you can only control the symptoms. If your doc is not a dermatologist, I would suggest going to a dermatologist, they are more familiar with it and have more options for controlling it and keeping you comfortable.
Your doctor is right: there is no cure (because the etyology of eczema is not known). There are however remedies that control eczema for long periods. I had excellent results using anti-eczema cream and spray from http://www.champori.com It is herbal remedy without steroids and it cleared my condition in just 2.5 weeks; that was 14 months ago and the symptoms haven’t come back yet. Try it: if it doesn’t work for you – they offer money back guarantee, so it’s free.
Best,
Bernadette
