Anyone have any good remedies for clearing up eczema?

I’ve used cortizone creams and other prescription creams but it never goes completely away. And it flairs up worse during certain seasons.

1. Don’t try the "light therapy" some derms will recommend.
2. As soon as you get out of a bath/shower, don’t dry off completely and put lotion on like Eucerin or Cetaphil. You need to mosturize ASAP after your skin is wet.
3. If you can, get into the ocean at a beach with salt water it will give you clear skin for about a week. And be incredibly soft!
4. Be careful how much steroid lotion u use, it can dry it out more.
5. Try taking vitamins to help your skin.
6. Unfortnately, this will be life long issue that will get better/worse on/off.
