Any home remedies for eczema?

My 4 month old has really bad eczema all over his face and now getting it in different areas of the body. I’m trying everything the dermatologist recommended. Do you know of any natural home remedies that help or cure eczema? I’ve been told you can only control it but I can’t loose hope on finding something.

try oatmeal. i have eczema and use lots of products with oatmeal in it. it helps sooth your skin.
