An easy treatment for eczema on the hands?

I have eczema on my hands and it is driving me crazy! It’s ugly and annoying and I can’t seem to get rid of it. When I get it on my arms and legs I treat it with a hydrocortisone creme and that ALWAYS works but it doesn’t do a thing for the eczema on my hands. Any suggestions?

Try treating the underlying problem, and not just the symptoms.
The nutritional protocol for eczema is as follows:
Vitamin B complex – 50-100 mg 3x daily
-plus-
Niacin (B-3) – 100 mg 3x daily
B-6 – 50 mg 3x daily
B-12 – 200 mcg daily
Biotin – 300 mg daily
Vitamin E – 400 iu daily
Avoid dairy products, eggs, sugar, gluten, fats and processed foods.
Increase your consumption of raw fruits and vegetables
first up, sorry this is long but you do need all this info.
yes i have suggestions …….. The classic telltale signs of a yeast overgrowth ……. candidiasis …… are those of a white tongue (thrush), toenail or fingernail fungus, jock itch or athlete’s foot, and vaginal yeast infections……….. an overgrowth of yeast can affect virtually every system of the body with the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, endocrine, nervous and immune systems being the most susceptible…. the minute somebody tells me they have skin rashing, eczema, psoriasis i automatically think of an ovegrowth of candida albicans…… other common symptoms of candidiasis include:
Digestive disorders, including IBS;
Gastrointestinal symptoms: thrush, bloating gas, rectal itching;
Vaginal yeast infections;
Urinary tract infections;
Athlete’s foot or jock itch;
Fungal toenails or fingernails;
Cravings for sugar, bread, or alcohol;
Diaper rash;
Fatigue;
Irritability (especially when hungry);
Premenstrual syndrome and menstrual problems;
Fibromyalgia;
headaches;
Brain fog;
Skin problems or itching;
Numbness or tingling in the extremities;
Respiratory problems;
Depression;
Hypoglycemia;
Short attention span;
Loss of libido.

if this is the case with you there are natural options for antifungals ~ Oil of Oregano ~ antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial and antiparasitic ….. it has strong antioxidant and antiflammatory effects and is quite effective in eliminating Candida ……. not regular oregano but a wild form (wild mountain oregano, Origanum vulgare species) ….. your local health food store may be able to help you with this one… Oil of Oregano has no side effects and oregano is compatible with any other natural remedy or prescription drug……. the active compounds in Oil of Oregano also act as free radical scavengers thus prevent further tissue damage while encouraging healing.
Grapefruit Seed Extract ~ Go to your local health food store and ask the resident naturopath his/her advice on Grapefruit seed extract.. they don’t usually charge for off the cuff advice and are more than willing to share their knowledge ….. Grapefruit seed extract is a multipurpose (broad spectrum) compound that is currently being used in humans and animals alike to safely fight many types of internal and external infections caused from parasites (single and multi-celled), viruses, bacteria and fungi.
Grapefruit seed extracts biggest benefit is due to it’s multipurpose (broad spectrum) effect. It is effective even if the causes of the infections are known, unknown or misdiagnosed. By eliminating a wide range of dangerous pathogens grapefruit seed extract actually enhances the immune system.
Freshly crushed cloves of garlic mixed throughout your green vegies and lentils or brown rice, beans, salads etc……. will also help enormously in eradicating parasites and fungus overgrowth….. garlic arre a powerfull natural antibiotic, antiparasitic, antifungal, antibacterial…. be carefull though with garlic as it can and does cause some people gastric irritation beyond just having too much… i’m intolerant to garlic … actually i’m intolerant to all cruciferous vegies like broccolli, garlic, onions et al…. so just listen to your body when you introduce a new food.
Ask at the health food store about other natural antifungals such as Colloidal Silver, Powerded Vitamin C with bioflavonoids, Olive leaf extract too………. ;0)
Read a book called "Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook" ~ Revised 2nd Edition by jeanne Marie Martin with Zoltan P.Rona, M.D… fabulous reading there for you….. good health to you buddy and good luck.
And, of course, complete and total avoidance of any food or drink that contains yeast or sugar ……… fanatical label reading or simply don’t eat from a package and prepare fresh fruit, vegies, rices, beans, lentils, some lean meats, organic nuts and seeds yourself ….. and drinking plenty of fresh filtered water …. hydrating yourself properly ….. some people find success by also eliminating natural sugars such as fruits and raw honey…… that’s the final route i had to go ….. eliminating all fruit sugars … even the low sugar ones like pears and strawberries ….. and raw honey for a while…..;0)
peace baby

Hi,
Watch this video.

It shows some young kids getting treatment for Eczema in Japan. Yes it works, I tried it with a friend in California.
You can get the water from free by placing a wanted add on http://www.craigslist.com and hope that someone in your area has a alkaline water machine, and you can normally get a free sample for a month or so. Place a wanted add for alkaline drinking water 8.5 PH.
Good Luck!
Change your diet, eat more whole grains and minimize dairy produces these are mostly the cause, and also eat more fruit and learn what is the cause you may have an alergy to certain foods. But what you can use in the mean-time is tea tree oil. You can get it from the health food store. God Bless you.
The main cause of eczema is overreaction of the immune system. Identifying certain foods, chemicals, etc can be very helpful in battling this disease. I try to avoid soy and milk products which trigger my flare-ups.
After using number of prescription drugs I’ve turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use herbal remedies from serenaskin.com, which aim at the root of the disease – the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with anti-eczema extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.
