My baby boy(5mo) has eczema. I would like to try and CURE it not treat it. Any ideas, or fact based answers. Please provide sources.

My son has had eczema pretty much since birth. I’ve tried all kinds of lotions and creams on him. I’m trying to find out who has dealt with this, and what you used etc. I have heard that Elidel works, but its real expensice with my insurance. So any type of lotion or body wash you know of will be helpful.

I am 24 and have never had any kind of skin conditions in the past.

3 weeks ago my neck had a little dot of dry skin, its gradually got bigger to the size of a 50p. it was red and really dry kinda flaky. yesterday it was just red and i put some e45 cream on it. now today in the inside of my arm at the bend, it is really itchy and there seems to be a small rash which if you look closely it has dry skin on it…. could this be eczema or psoriasis? surely i would have had some symptoms in the past??

i have an appointment with the doc on tuesday as i am extremely busy with work this week thats the earliest i could make it. just curious to what other people thought…

any advice would be great thanks.

I took an antihistimine on monday night for hayfever and this is when it cleared up a bit on my neck.. but then today its really itchy again.

Some nutritionists say B complex can reduce and perhaps cure eczema. Has it worked for you?

Hi ladies..i have a question for your all if you have a very sensitive skin and if you also have eczema do you use foundation if you go somewhere like..a wedding? Or do you skip the foundation and only use eye make up lipstick ec..? I don’t have eczema on my face thank god but .. i use to buy a foundation Clinique but i asked her first if it is ok to use it since i have a very sensitive skin and eczema.. she said it is better not to use any foundation. Plus you have to take it off end of the day and i’m afraid that it will get irritated.

I have suddenly had a bad break of what I think is eczema…I have researched it, and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on what to use: antibiotic or over-the-counter?

I have a 5 1/2 month old and he has really bad eczema. The doctor gave us Hydrocortizone cream, aquaphor, and told me to use vaseline. But none of that is helping.. He doesn’t sleep and I think the eczema is what is causing it.. Does anybody have any advise or know of anything different and gentle to use on him?? Please help me!

and what are the best topical treatments for eczema? Do benedryl pills help to get rid of redness?

I have eczema on my scalp which causes a lot of itching and flaking. Ew, I know. It causes me to wash my hair every other day which dries out my hair. What shampoos or any other products would you recommend I use?
