I have eczema on my arms, legs, even on my stomach, neck and around my nose. Well, now on my right eyelid, it’s all red and sensitive, and it’s it’s pealing, and it’s starting up on my left eye. I don’t know if it’s dry skin, but it feels more severe than that, sometimes it actually hurts to have my eye open because it’s so irritated! Is this possible to have eczema there?

I’ve been reading up on it a bit, because I have really annoying, itchy eczema, and everything says it can be caused by allergies to food, medicine, fabrics, or soaps. No mention of animals at all…
I assumed my eczema was due to my ferrets. Could I be wrong??
Thanks!!

I’m 14 years old and I have eczema, which covers my entire eyelids. Sometimes I can’t help scratching, even if I don’t want to. Is there a special medication or treatment for that?
I’ve had eczema for years. I have tried several medications, but I found they were either uneffective or too harmful.

Well we brought our son in to the doctor and they said he does have baby eczema. So they gave us cream to put on him and a list of things to do, which I was already doing. I tried putting the cream on him last night and then today I notice little red bumps on his tummy, none of this really seems to bother him but it is driving me crazy! Obviously this has to be some kind of allergic reaction to the cream, so I didn’t use it again. Has anyone ever had any trouble with this? What did you try? He goes for a regular check up in a week so I guess I will find out more then just looking for advice and experienced parents with these types of problems with heir little ones, he is 4 months tomorrow.

My 5yrs old Springer has was diagnosed with "wet eczema" last year and have several courses of Antibiotics, steriod creams etc, but the problem is still there. Does anyone have a way to fix this – he is bothered a lot by the itching and takes an anti histamine, i was wondering if there was anything anyone here has done which worked?
Please help!

Riley (the dog) has been to the vet several times because of this and their solutions are not working. He is clipped every few months and receives flea treatment as directed.
Might try Homeopathic.

This morning I woke up feeling hot and was perspiring. I also felt a little nauseous. By mid-day the symptoms were gone and I had a light heartburn and felt a little dizzy. I take Sprintec and have’nt missed any pills. I also take Loma Lux for eczema. The doctor said there shouldn’t be any reaction. So I’m wondering what all these symptoms mean.

I’ve tried triple cream, eucerin aquaphor, & every sensitive wash on the market & seems to be getting worse. I keep her in all cotton too. I have heard to try grapefruit seed extract, but haven’t tried it yet. I’m open to any suggestions, as her Dr hasn’t really been much help at all.
