I was recently prescribed a tube of eczema cream for use on my face, that contains mild steroids. The chemist instructed me that it was supposed to be refrigerated, but i left the cream in the hands of my mother while i went to school so she could put it in the fridge for me. Unfortunately, my mother did not put it in the fridge and left it out. It has not been refrigerated for about 5 hours. Will it be useless and should i just go out and get another one? Thanks.

My son is three months old and about a month ago I started feeding him formula while I was at school and breast feed him when I am home. About two weeks ago he came up with a pretty bad case of eczema, could this be showing up now because he is not getting as many antibodies from my breast milk as he was before or is this just coincidence?

I have Eczema on my fingers (mostly finger tips) and it is constantly dry and cracking. I have tried every kind of OTC lotion and even a prescription ointment. All it seems to do is lessen the condition slightly. I wear band-aids on up to 4-5 fingers and it seems to help, but it looks odd and makes typing difficult.
Any suggestions on a Natural remedy such as vitamins or minerals?

I’ve used cortizone creams and other prescription creams but it never goes completely away. And it flairs up worse during certain seasons.
