My daughter had cradle cap really bad for the first few months after she was born. Once she was about 3 months old, it was completely gone.
But she’s 16 months old now, and it looks like the cradle cap is coming back. I always thought cradle cap was a newborn thing.

Is it possible that it’s actually eczema? How would I be able to tell?
Also, is eczema hereditary? My sister has had it pretty bad ever since she was a baby.

I have had some small patches on my ankles before, but this time I have it much worse. It is on both arms and legs. I know you can get steroidal creams from the doctor or use hydrocortisone creams that are bought over the counter. I was hoping someone would have some other suggestions. Have you or someone you know tried anything that really helped?

Alrite…… so I have a little problem. I have a really bad skin condition called eczema. It makes my skin really dry on my arms, one of my hands, and my legs. I usually have to wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt/sweater because I am so embarsed about it. Alot of people ask me if I got poison ivy, and it gets really annoying after a while. One of my uncles have worse than I do, and so far none of the dermatolagists that he has been to has found an official cure for it. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!! Is there something that I can do to help clear it up? Any types of med??? I am currentely putting hydorcortozone cream on it, but it only seems to help a little bit. PLZ HELP

the skin on my face has dark skin blotches from the scars eczema leaves behind and they are pretty big and distracting. i wouldn’t have a major problem except they are often dry & sometimes the make-up i use tends to dry the rest of my face out & make it look pancaked on. i don’t like using a bunch of products and would like to just even though tone of my face. please keep in mind that i’m a woman of colour as well… –THANK YOU
