Is there any study in vaccines for children exacerbates or causes eczema?

My child has eczema on her legs and arms. Nothing her pediatrician has given has helped with the itching and the dry flaking skin. She is constantly scratching and kids are making fun of her.

I know I do not have an allergy to alcohol as I’ve been drinking for 15 years. When I was younger I drank a LOT more then I do now that I have a family but I still have 2-3 cocktails a night, not every night but at least 4 days a week. Recently I’ve been getting what looks like eczema or dermatitis and it’s spreading. I am going into a dermatologist within a few days bvut I was wonder could I be developing an allergy or could alcohol be causing it?

IS there any laser treatments that get rid or eczema permanently. I really want to get rid of it.

I have eczema problem and my skin is also very dry. How to avoid dry skin? Give me some ideas to rectify dry skin.
